Alien

Not a success for me. Partially my fault - the perfume sampler I was trying to replicate I *thought* was Mugler Alien, however it was actually the Alien Goddess Intense . So can't speak to how close this perfume is to the original Alien. Regardless, the scent was not for me as it was too floral and powdery, a little "old lady" smelling and just seemed off. Also, the perfume was more of a clear/yellow rather than the orange color depicted, which made me concerned I received the wrong product despite the label. Will be returning.

Of note, I bought this perfume at the same time as the Musky Musk which seems to be a wonderful dupe for Juliette Has a Gun, so I will probably continue to give other Dossier perfumes a try in the future. Especially since they do allow returns and appears like they donate returned bottles to a charity!

Another empty in the books. Alien has always been that girl so an affordable option means I’m never without it and my wallet is happy even though I still buy two at a time.. it’s a perfect balance of sexy, spicy, woody, floral, earthy, it’s divine. I’m a hairstylist so longevity is hugely important and this passes the test.
